Wont let me select type of headphones or start test. Very disappointing.

No option to start test. Cant adjust volume or select headphones.

I downloaded the app on the advice of a doctor who raved about it. He tried to show it to me at his office but couldnt get it to work. I downloaded it and cant get it to work either. Same problem reported by others where it doesnt detect earbuds. There seems to be a bug that needs fixing.

I got to step four and it wouldnt let me take the test.

I have the same problem as everyone else. Any plans to fix this?

This app helped me when I experienced sudden hearing loss. A daily test allowed me to track progression of the hearing loss. You need to make sure that your volume is set to 50% (thats 8 bars on my iPhone volume) before you open the app and it will work just fine. If the earphone options are grey and unclickable then it means your volume is not correct.

Simple, straightforward. Although its neither optimized for the iPhone 5 nor retina view, and the screen for adjusting the volume controls is slightly wonky, it works, and that is what matters in the end.

GUI looked good but it crashed and would not proceed to the tests(various). I could only complete the profile section.

Problems with the last step that stays greyed out? Slide up the control window by moving your finger up from the bottom of the screen. Adjust the volume control until you see the image light up. Real simple but most people forget that is there.

Doesnt even load

Wow, talk about an awesome update. I had totally forgotten I even had this app installed, but it looks like Unitron is still committed to this product, which is pretty cool. I like the new interface - it feels very "iOS 7" - and I think its even easier to use than the previous version. Im sure my iPhone illiterate parents will have no trouble at all using this to test their hearing.

But when I complete the tests and it asks me to enter my name to save the results I cant proceed. I type in my name and tap "Save >" but nothing happens and I cant see my results. The test itself is easy to use and I assume will provide a detailed report, unfortunately I couldnt see any results after completing the test.

With the last firmware update I lost all my record! The new interface is less professional than the old

Its good and it could be better. The results where near the medical examination I did a year ago. Make it better... Thanks.

Easy test easy results dont know how reliable, will double-check one day. All in one a nice app

Ive been using this app for a long time now. I have meniers disease so my hearing fluctuates a lot. I really like this app because it allows me to keep a record of my hearing that I can share with my audiologist at check ups. Im not sure why but lately it wont let me save or see my results after the test. I hope this gets resolved soon because I really like this app and would like to continue using it.

This app will provide you with results suggesting hearing loss in order to sell you more services or adds for "professionals".
