No longer works

This app worked when I first got my iPad last autumn. But now I have the same problem another user reported. After setting the volume to 50%, the choice of headphone device remains grayed out, and I cant complete the hearing sensitivity test.

I just updated to the latest version of iOS six, and it makes no difference.
